Private Jet Charter

Travel entirely on your schedule, in complete comfort. Our private jets connect Nairobi to destinations around the world — with the privacy, flexibility and refinement that scheduled travel can't match.

Your time, your terms. Skip the queues and fixed timetables. Tell us where and when, and we arrange an aircraft matched to your route, party size and preferences.

A fleet for every journey. From long-range Gulfstreams and Falcons capable of intercontinental nonstop flights, to versatile turboprops that reach remote airstrips jets can't, we tailor the aircraft to the trip — never the other way round.

Discretion as standard. Private terminals, private handling, and a crew briefed on your preferences before you board.

How chartering works

Chartering with us is deliberately simple. You send us your route, dates and party size — through the quote form, by WhatsApp or with a phone call. We come back with aircraft options matched to the trip, each with a clear all-in quote. You confirm, we handle the rest: permits, handling, catering and ground transport coordination. On the day, you arrive at the terminal minutes before departure, and the aircraft leaves when you are ready.

There are no memberships, no block-hour commitments and no cards to buy. Every trip is quoted on its own terms, and you only ever pay for the flying you actually do.

Where we fly

Based at Wilson Airport in Nairobi — East Africa's busiest general-aviation field — we arrange charter throughout Kenya and the region and far beyond it: safari airstrips in the Mara and the north, the coast at Mombasa, Diani and Lamu, regional capitals from Kampala and Kigali to Dar es Salaam and Addis Ababa, and long-range sectors to the Gulf, Southern Africa, Europe and Asia. If the runway takes the aircraft, we can plan the trip.

Choosing the right aircraft

  • Turboprops — Caravans and King Airs: the economical choice for bush strips, coastal hops and small groups.
  • Light jets — quick regional sectors for two to six passengers.
  • Midsize and super-midsize jets — the executive standard for regional capitals and the Gulf: standing cabins, proper luggage space, four to nine seats.
  • Large-cabin, long-range jets — nonstop intercontinental range with full-service cabins for work and rest.

Not sure which fits? That is our job — tell us the trip and we will recommend honestly, including when a smaller, cheaper aircraft will do the mission just as well.

What affects the price

Charter is priced per trip, not per seat. The main drivers are the aircraft type, the distance flown, whether the aircraft waits for your return or repositions, landing and handling fees, and how far in advance we can plan. Empty-leg repositioning flights — published on our Offers page — can offer significant value when your dates are flexible.

Why fly private in East Africa

The case for charter is stronger here than almost anywhere: distances are long, road journeys are slow and airline schedules are thin outside the trunk routes. A charter turns a two-day road trip to Turkana into a morning flight, links a safari camp and a beach villa in a single afternoon, and makes a Kampala day-return genuinely a day. For businesses, that is time recovered; for travellers, it is holiday reclaimed.

Tell us where you need to be, and we will send options and a quote the same day.

For when the schedule has to fit you — not the other way around.

What's possible

Wherever

Bush airstrips, island runways, city helipads — we reach where scheduled travel can't.

Whenever

You set the departure. A meeting that ends early means a flight that leaves early.

However

The aircraft, the catering, the transfers — arranged around you, not a package.
