Helicopter Charter

When the destination has no runway — or you simply want to skip the road — our helicopters take you directly there. Ideal for transfers, safari access, coastal hops and unforgettable scenic flights.

Land where others can't. Lodges, private estates, yachts, city helipads and bush sites — helicopters open up destinations fixed-wing aircraft can't reach.

Turn hours into minutes. Bypass traffic and rough roads with direct point-to-point transfers.

See it from above. The Rift Valley, the coastline, the Mara — few experiences compare to taking them in from the air.

Comfort and quiet. Modern, well-appointed cabins with headsets, climate control and panoramic glass.

What we use helicopters for

  • Transfers — Nairobi to your safari lodge, hotel doorstep or private estate, with no airstrip required at the far end. City transfers between Wilson, Jomo Kenyatta and your meeting also turn rush-hour into a ten-minute hop.
  • Safari and scenic flying — low-level over the Great Rift Valley lakes, flamingo shorelines, crater floors and escarpments; the Mara, Amboseli and Mount Kenya from angles no vehicle can reach.
  • Remote site access — mining, energy, construction and survey teams reach sites in hours that take days by road, with underslung-load and equipment options available.
  • Filming and photography — stable aerial platforms with experienced pilots for productions and shoots.
  • Events and occasions — arrivals, proposals, anniversary flights and champagne landings on private conservancies.

How a helicopter charter works

Tell us the mission — where, when, how many passengers and what you are carrying. We match the helicopter to the job, plan fuel and landing permissions, and coordinate with lodges, estates or site managers at the far end. For multi-day safaris, the aircraft and crew can stay with you throughout, repositioning as your itinerary moves.

Practical notes

  • Landing sites: helicopters need surprisingly little space, but private land requires the owner's permission and some parks have designated sites — we handle the clearances.
  • Range and refuelling: typical sectors run up to two hours between refuelling stops; longer itineraries are planned around fuel availability, which we arrange in advance.
  • Weather: helicopter flying is planned around conditions, particularly in the highlands; morning departures are generally smoothest.
  • Combining with fixed-wing: the classic pattern is fixed-wing for the long legs, helicopter for the final doorstep miles — one itinerary, both aircraft, arranged together.

From a thirty-minute transfer to a week-long aerial safari, tell us what you have in mind and we will plan it properly.

The thirty-minute version of a six-hour drive.

What's possible

Wherever

Bush airstrips, island runways, city helipads — we reach where scheduled travel can't.

Whenever

You set the departure. A meeting that ends early means a flight that leaves early.

However

The aircraft, the catering, the transfers — arranged around you, not a package.

Tell us where you'd like to go.
